Sammy joined Runway Growth Capital in December 2023 as Manager, Finance & Accounting.

Sammy is an experienced finance and accounting professional with 6+ years of experience across Sarbanes Oxley (404), technical accounting and financial reporting. Prior to joining Runway, Sammy was a Manager in Deloitte’s Accounting and Reporting Advisory group. She assisted clients with their SOX 404 compliance, ASC 842 adoption and technical accounting and reporting questions. Prior to her role in Deloitte’s Accounting and Reporting Advisory group, she was a part of Deloitte’s audit practice, where she assisted in executing audits of public and private entities undergoing an initial public offering.  Sammy is a CPA and holds a Bachelor and Master’s of Accounting from Miami University.
