Mary joined Runway in May 2026 as Manager, Finance & Accounting.

Prior to joining Runway, Mary was a Senior Associate in the Risk Advisory practice at Grant Thornton, where she advised high-growth and established companies on risk management, internal controls, and business process optimization. She led complex, cross-functional engagements, working closely with management teams to assess business models, identify key risks and opportunities, and implement scalable processes to support growth. Her experience includes performing internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) engagements, evaluating the design and effectiveness of key controls, and developing governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices.

Mary attended the University of Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with High Distinction from the Ross School of Business.
